Who Shouldn’t Get Volbella Treatments?
No aesthetic procedure works perfectly for every person. You shouldn’t have the treatment if you’re pregnant or nursing. Certain medications, supplements and health conditions, such as allergies, could preclude getting Volbella injections. If you aren’t an ideal candidate for Volbella injections, we have many other nonsurgical treatments that might be a better fit for you. What Areas Can Be Treated With Juvederm Volbella?
Juvederm Volbella was designed to treat problem lines around the mouth and to restore fuller lips. The injectable gel helps to vertical lip lines, also called smoker’s lines. The gel is also used to restore fuller lips and create a winning smile.
How Is Juvederm Volbella Different From Juvederm Ultra XC?
Both Juvederm Ultra XC and Juvederm Volbella are used as lip fillers and last up to one year. However, Juvederm Ultra is used to add more significant fullness to the lips while Volbella is geared toward more subtle lip enhancement results. It’s thinner, lightweight formula means it’s also better suited for lip lines around the mouth.
What Pain Relief Options Are Available During a Juvederm Volbella Treatment?
Volbella is formulated with lidocaine, an injectable anesthetic, so most people experience very little-to-no discomfort during treatment. Dr. Spencer can also topically numb your lips with injected lidocaine or topical lidocaine.
How Much Does Volbella Cost?
The training and skill of your injector affect the cost. In our three offices, the price varies based on your provider and individual goals. You can qualify for discounts with the Allergan Brilliant Distinctions program, which allows you to earn points for Allergan treatments. We also offer monthly specials on various treatments, including fillers.
