BILLING POLICY

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In addition, we also offer CareCredit helps you pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses for you, your family, and even your pets! Once you are approved, you can use it again and again* to help manage health, wellness and beauty costs not covered by insurance. We do not accept insurance for our procedures. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

During the complimentary consultation with Dr. Spencer, the cost of the treatment as well as our payment options are discussed.

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY

A credit/debit card is required to be held in every client’s file when scheduling an appointment. Your credit/debit card will not be charged unless you fail to notify our office, and do not show for your appointment. In the case that a client does not call or show for an appointment, $50.00 will be charged to the credit/debit card in their file.


PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Treatments & Packages To avoid abuse of special discounting with treatment/service packages, refunds on remaining un-used treatments will be given only after applying the full standard price of used treatments. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services. Clients who have purchased our services from third parties (Groupon, LivingSocial, etc.) need to check the third party voucher for terms and conditions, as the terms or conditions of the deal/voucher will apply. Since third party entities are paid directly by the client, Nuderma Health & Med Spa cannot refund purchases made via a third party.

However, notwithstanding the voucher terms of any third party, patients who are unsatisfied with the purchase, may redeem the remaining unused portion of the voucher for another service currently offered at Nuderma Health & Med Spa. Services that have already been rendered will not be redeemed again. Treatments & Packages Expiration All service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 1 year (365 days) of date of purchase or they will expire.

Products Returns We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skin care product returns (with exception to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are non-refundable. We will, however, allow them to be transferred to another party.


*Subject to credit approval. Not all providers offer all promotional financing options so please check with your healthcare providers on which financing options they offer. Promotional financing options are not available at all retail locations that accept CareCredit and standard account terms will apply to such purchases.
